I was advised to take Magnesium to help my sleep levels, so when this pack became available I knew I had to try it.The bag is small, but very tightly packed and is resealable which is brilliant as it means the product stays fresher for longer.These are about the standard size I would say for a supplement, but because they are coated rather than solid I did find them easier to take. There’s no funny after taste and I am finding that I’m sleeping more deeply.Great price point as well, especially if you only need to take one a day like me.
I have been taking magnesium glycinate for some time as an aid to relaxation and sleep. At the moment the jury’s out on that….Often magnesium comes in separate forms – citrate, glycinate and malate. This capsule combines two of these (citrate and glycinate) with taurate, which seems sensible as each has a different potential benefit. I am not sure why malate is excluded (often claimed to help with fatigue reduction), but taurate has its own benefits – specifically cardiovascular support. Who knows what is best? With so many combinations of supplements we have to stab in the dark and hope we have the most beneficial mix. If we took every recommended supplement we would pay a fortune and rattle!So – is this combination worth it? I would say that if you want to take magnesium for its well-documented benefits, you may as well take a complex that combines maximum potential support. These capsules are easy-ish to swallow and, at less than £7 for a two-month supply, are reasonably priced. Too early to gauge how good they are at fulfilling their promises – in fact, is it ever possible to measure? But worth a try as all types of magnesium seem to be a worthwhile supplement in order to promote good health.
I picked these up for some better concentration as magnesium is supposed to offer great improvement in cognition. These are large but easy to swallow tablets on a convenient bag lasting a month. These recommend dose is two tablets a day and I like to think I have seen an improvement in concentration.There is no strange taste and they are easy to take. For only months supply I would have liked a dose for longer for better value for money, but I understand why.Seems like a good option and not many extra chemicals.

I like that the tub is small and compact, it's easy to store , the tablets are small and circular and very easy to swallow , no taste or smell just easy to take with a small sip of water which is brilliant.
The tablets are high strength zinc which is fantastic for overall health and it supports the immune system , that's why I'm taking them for immune system support, so I'm very pleased these last 6 months.
They also contain copper , another ingredient that is good for the immune system , bones and overall health so it's a good combination for a boost in overall health.
The tablets are so small and easy to swallow , I'd definitely recommend this zinc & copper supplement for those wishing to give their immune system a lift.

I'm not a doctor so I can't comment on the health properties of this supplement. What I can say is that each tablet measures around 8mm across and is about 3mm thick, so these are very easy to swallow. When I first opened the protective seal at the top of the bottle, I ended up with quite a lot of fine white powder on my fingers, presumably from the tablets inside. That's not a big deal, but you'll probably want to wash your hands after opening it. The bottle itself seems useful for storage. The bottle cap is not child-proof.
I like that these tablets are suitable for vegans, as I am lactose intolerant and so I won't have to worry about taking these.

While you can certainly get single magnesium type blends for specific things something people want to go for something a bit more rounded off and also help in other areas which this does and seems to keep to a good overall elemental magnesium dosage while doing so. Dosage is easy to take without any bad aftereffects though do note I usually take glycinate before bed. Pricing seems reasonable for what this is, I can't really say how optimal the mix is but it certainly might be recommendable.

Been taking them for a few days now great price, no after taste and well packaged.
The short of it, is its really to soon to give a great review, so I'll give one based on the short period I've had them. The effects of magnesium tablets doesn't happen over night despite how many are advertised. But these do have a relatively high concentrate of it compared to others and easy different types of magnesium compound, the reality is for most people, including me, the different types mean nothing more than making it sound fancy.Currently, whilst I do tend to feel a little better, sleeping better and waking up better, its hard to tell if this is due to the magnesium, or, the placebo of taking them. But, in either account, there does seem a minor change, but nothing major so far.They're easy to take and come packed with goodness if we are to believe what the packaging says, and that is all we can go on, and based on that we have a pretty high level of magnesium intake. There are obviously higher, but still higher than many others.I'm not sure if at this point I can give the best review possible and it will take more time to be sure, but as it stands, they seem to be making a change one way or another.
