Inspectlet session replay
With your consent, we use Inspectlet to understand website navigation and identify usability problems. It can reconstruct interactions such as page views, clicks, scrolling and pointer movements.
Session replay does not use your camera or microphone. We enable Inspectlet’s IP-address masking feature, which removes the last two octets of the IP address. This additional privacy measure does not replace your consent.

Omnisend may associate permitted browsing activity with a contact to support relevant marketing, including basket reminders.
Accepting marketing cookies does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails or texts. Permission to send marketing communications is handled separately, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Pixels and other data sharing
Some integrations transmit events without creating a separate cookie. Our Facebook and Instagram integration includes browser and server connections.
Removing cookies does not, by itself, stop every type of data sharing. We apply the relevant privacy choices to advertising integrations and explain our wider use of personal information in our Privacy Policy.
Cookie durations
The tables show provider default lifetimes unless otherwise stated. Actual expiry can depend on configuration, browser restrictions and whether a cookie is renewed through further activity.
Session cookies generally expire at the end of the relevant session. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry or until you delete them.
A cookie’s lifetime is different from the retention period for information already collected. Deleting a cookie does not automatically delete information held by us or our providers.
Managing cookies through your browser
Your browser may allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Check its help or settings menu for instructions.
Blocking essential cookies may affect your basket, checkout or account functions. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or using a different device may mean you need to make your choices again.
