1. About Varsons

This website, varsons.com, is operated by Varsons Limited, company number 15446691, of 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “Varsons”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Varsons Limited.

Contact us at support@varsons.com or on 020 3488 4784. Please request return instructions before sending products to any address.

These terms cover purchases for personal use through our website and use of the website. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy also form part of your purchase agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights. Our store uses Shopify, but your purchase contract is with Varsons Limited.

2. Placing an order

You must be at least 18 to place an order and must use a payment method you are authorised to use. This is our store purchasing policy, not a statement that all supplements are legally age-restricted.

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. If you have an account, keep your login details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are not automatically responsible for transactions you did not authorise.

Our products are offered for personal and household use. Purchases for resale or commercial distribution require our prior written agreement. We may set reasonable quantity limits, which will be shown before purchase, and decline orders that reasonably appear to be for unauthorised resale.

3. When your order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not itself mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, at which point a purchase contract is formed for the products confirmed as dispatched.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable to the address, there is an obvious pricing error, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity or breach of a disclosed purchase limit.

If we decline an order after taking payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items without undue delay. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

After acceptance, we will honour the contract unless you agree otherwise or we have a lawful basis to cancel. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders.

4. Prices, payment and errors

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless clearly stated otherwise and include applicable VAT. The total payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown before you place your order. Standard UK delivery is free.

Payment is taken using the payment method selected at checkout. We may use our payment provider's security checks and request information reasonably needed to verify a transaction. Please do not email full card details or security codes.

We take reasonable care to keep prices and product information accurate. If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will explain it and give you the option to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Price changes apply to new orders. Changes to subscriptions are covered in section 12.

5. Using our supplements

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. They should complement a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, not replace them.

Read the ingredients, allergens, directions and warnings before taking a product. Follow the recommended dose and storage instructions. Do not use a product if its safety seal is damaged or missing on arrival; contact us instead. Keep supplements out of the reach of young children.

Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a supplement is suitable for you. Follow any product-specific age restrictions. Stop using a product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Our website, articles and customer support provide general product information, not personal medical advice. Individual experiences vary, and we do not promise a particular personal health outcome or timeframe. This does not reduce our responsibility for accurate product claims, product safety, the description of goods or our money-back guarantee.

6. Product information and packaging

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients and directions. Packaging design may change and images are illustrative, but products must match the description that formed part of your order.

We will not rely on a packaging or formulation change to supply a materially different product without your agreement. If the item you receive differs from what you ordered, particularly in its ingredients or allergen information, do not use it until you have contacted us.

7. Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery with no minimum spend. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving your order. Delivery is estimated to take a further 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays begin processing on the next working day. These times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Busy periods, severe weather, bank holidays, remote delivery locations and courier disruption may affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems and will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of delays.

Unless we agree another period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Your legal cancellation and refund rights for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Please check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly about errors; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an address error or failed collection, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. We will not impose an undisclosed redelivery charge.

Products remain at our risk until delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to the legal exception where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. A courier scan does not, by itself, remove your right to report non-delivery.

8. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a supplement purchased directly from varsons.com, contact support@varsons.com within 30 days of receiving it. You do not need to justify your dissatisfaction.

Our guarantee covers unopened and opened supplements, including products you have tried, and discounted purchases. We refund the product price actually paid after discounts. Each subscription delivery is covered from the date you receive that delivery.

Provide your order number or other proof of purchase. We may require the correct product and any remaining contents to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid label and instructions. There are no return postage or restocking charges when you use our label.

Keep your proof of postage. Refunds go to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. If no return is required, we will refund within 14 calendar days of confirming this. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

The Refund Policy gives further details. Nothing in these terms narrows that guarantee or your statutory rights.

9. Cancellation and faulty goods

For eligible online purchases, you also have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason. Generally, notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods and send them back within the following 14 days. For a regular-delivery subscription under one contract, the initial statutory cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the first delivery. Our separate 30-day guarantee applies to each delivery.

You can cancel by emailing support@varsons.com or sending a clear cancellation statement to our contact address. Include sufficient information to identify your order. You may use the optional form at the end of these terms, but do not have to.

Statutory cancellation exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. These exceptions do not remove our voluntary guarantee for opened supplements or your rights concerning faulty goods.

Where you cancel an entire order under your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge if you paid one. We do not have to refund the extra cost of a premium delivery option. Our free return arrangements still apply.

If goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund or replacement, at no cost to you. These rights may extend beyond 30 days. Photos and batch details can help an investigation, but lack of a photo does not automatically invalidate a claim.

10. Fair use, fraud and payment disputes

We may make proportionate checks where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a fraudulent order or claim. Examples include altered proof of purchase, unauthorised payments, returning unrelated or substituted products, deliberately false non-delivery claims, or seeking duplicate reimbursement for the same purchase.

We may request relevant order details, proof of postage or information about the returned item and compare it with payment and delivery records. Opening or trying a supplement, making an honest complaint, or exercising a cancellation right is not fraud.

We may refuse a demonstrably fraudulent claim under our voluntary guarantee, decline future orders, or restrict account access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse. We will explain our decision where lawful and appropriate and consider relevant information you provide. Restrictions do not remove rights relating to genuine existing orders.

We do not refund an amount already reimbursed through a completed payment dispute or another refund. If a dispute is open, we may coordinate with the payment provider to avoid duplicate processing. You remain free to exercise legitimate payment dispute rights. Verification will not extend an applicable legal refund deadline.

11. Discounts and promotions

Promotions are subject to the eligibility criteria, dates, product exclusions and usage limits disclosed with the offer. Unless an offer expressly allows it, discount codes cannot be combined. A code has no cash value.

You must not use false identities, multiple accounts or automated methods to evade disclosed promotion limits. Where we reasonably identify such misuse before accepting an order, we may reject the code or decline the order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Any effect of returning part of a promotional bundle, including any requirement to return a free gift, will be explained in the offer before purchase. Refund calculations will reflect what you actually paid and your statutory rights. We will not introduce retrospective penalties or undisclosed deductions.

12. Subscribe & Save

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorise recurring payments and deliveries at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe. The checkout information will explain the recurring charge, discount, billing frequency and how to cancel before you commit.

You can cancel future deliveries without a cancellation fee by using the subscription management option provided with your subscription or emailing support@varsons.com. Send your cancellation before the next scheduled payment to prevent that renewal. We will treat an email cancellation as received when it reaches us, not when our team later reads it, and will confirm cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals. If a renewal payment has already been taken, contact us promptly to cancel that order where possible or use your applicable return and cancellation rights. Cancelling a subscription does not remove rights relating to products already ordered or received.

We may propose changes to future subscription prices or discounts because of changes in product, supply or delivery costs, taxes, or the ending of a disclosed promotional period. We will give at least 30 days' email notice of a proposed price increase or reduction in your ongoing discount and allow you to cancel before it takes effect. We will not retrospectively change charges for orders already accepted.

If payment fails or a product becomes unavailable, we may pause future deliveries and contact you. We will refund amounts paid for products we cannot supply. Subscription deliveries remain subject to these terms and our Refund Policy.

13. Reviews and customer content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, disclose someone else's private information, or include unlawful, threatening or infringing content.

When you submit a review for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it with your chosen public name on our website and make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. You retain ownership. We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable content in advertising outside that purpose.

We may moderate content for genuine authenticity, privacy, safety or legal reasons. We will not suppress a genuine review simply because it is negative or edit it to change its meaning. Private support messages are not automatically licensed for public marketing use.

14. Website use and intellectual property

Our branding, text, photographs, graphics and other website materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view them and keep copies for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction or use requires permission unless the law permits it.

Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal information, impersonate others, or use automated activity that disrupts the website or evades purchase limits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

We aim to keep the website available but may need to interrupt access for maintenance or security. External websites linked from our site operate under their own terms and privacy policies. This does not remove our responsibility for our own statements, products or contractual obligations.

15. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or was reasonably contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.

We supply products for personal use and do not accept liability for business losses arising from their commercial use, such as lost business profits, business interruption or lost commercial opportunities.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse of a product contrary to clear, appropriate instructions, or solely by your failure to follow reasonable storage requirements. This does not exclude responsibility for an unsafe or defective product, inadequate warnings, misleading claims or our own fault.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our products or how we operate. The terms supplied when you place an order apply to that order. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights.

For ongoing subscriptions, we will notify you in advance of material proposed changes and give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel before they take effect. Price and discount changes follow section 12. We will obtain consent where legally required.

17. Complaints and governing law

Please send complaints to support@varsons.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. This does not prevent you from exercising payment dispute rights or taking legal action.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply, these terms do not remove those protections or any right to bring proceedings in a competent local court.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right is waived. Nothing here excludes statements or commitments that the law makes part of our contract with you.

18. Optional cancellation form

Complete and send this only if you wish to cancel your contract. You may instead send any clear cancellation statement.
